Following the partnership signed between zypl.ai and Treasure AI in December 2025, the two companies are expanding their collaboration in Japan with a joint solution combining Treasure AI’s customer data capabilities with zypl.ai’s synthetic data technology.

The solution is designed to help enterprises move beyond the limitations of historical first-party data by generating statistically representative synthetic customers, rare behavioral patterns, and scenarios that may be underrepresented — or entirely absent — from existing datasets.

Treasure AI has now introduced a dedicated zypl.ai solution in Japan, bringing these capabilities directly into its broader customer data and AI ecosystem.

From customer data to synthetic customer intelligence

At the core of the solution is zGAN, zypl.ai’s proprietary synthetic data technology.

Rather than simply increasing the volume of existing data, zGAN is designed to generate meaningful synthetic outliers — including rare but commercially important customer behaviors such as high-value customers, customers approaching churn, and scenarios that have not yet occurred in historical data.

By combining real customer data held within Treasure AI’s customer data platform with synthetic data generated by zypl.ai, enterprises can address gaps and biases in their existing datasets and develop a more complete representation of customer behavior.

This provides a foundation for applications including Digital Twins, Persona Agents, churn prediction, customer segmentation, next-best-action, and the simulation of customer behavior under new scenarios.

“Real customer data tells us what has already happened. Synthetic data allows us to explore what could happen next. Together with Treasure AI, we can turn these two layers into customer Digital Twins that help enterprises better understand rare behaviors, anticipate new scenarios, and make better decisions.”

— Azizjon Azimi, Founder and CEO, zypl.ai

Building digital twins for the Japanese market

The collaboration reflects a broader shift from traditional customer analytics toward systems capable of simulating how customers may behave in future or previously unseen circumstances.

Treasure AI’s AI-driven platform provides the underlying customer data infrastructure, while zypl.ai extends that data environment through synthetic generation and simulation.

Together, the two technologies can enable enterprises to build customer Digital Twins and synthetic personas grounded in real first-party data while expanding beyond the scenarios directly observable in historical datasets.

Treasure AI describes this approach as filling the “blank spaces” in customer analysis: using synthetic data to compensate for data scarcity and bias and to estimate customer profiles and behaviors that conventional datasets may fail to capture.

“Synthetic data will play an increasingly important role, and zypl.ai is a leader in this field. Our partnership goes beyond improving machine learning accuracy. By using Digital Twins and Persona Agents, we can help businesses gain a deeper understanding of their customers.

Combining Treasure AI’s data platform with zypl.ai’s synthetic data technology, zGAN, will help us uncover hard-to-find insights and explore scenarios that real-world data alone may not reveal. We look forward to bringing these capabilities to our customers and helping them achieve better business results.”

— Takashi Miura, CEO & President, Japan / GM, APAC, Treasure AI

Expanding the partnership in Japan

Since formalizing the partnership in December 2025, zypl.ai and Treasure AI have been working together to develop applications of synthetic data and Digital Twin technology for Japanese enterprises.

The launch of the dedicated zypl.ai solution represents the next stage of that collaboration, with the two companies continuing to explore enterprise applications across customer intelligence, marketing, financial services, and other data-intensive industries.

About Treasure AI

Treasure AI, formerly Treasure Data, is an enterprise AI and customer data company providing an Agentic Experience Platform that enables organizations to unify customer data, generate insights, and activate those insights through AI-driven experiences and actions.

Originally founded as Treasure Data in 2011, the company built one of the leading enterprise Customer Data Platform (CDP) businesses and today supports more than 400 companies globally. In 2026, the company introduced the Treasure AI brand as it expanded its platform from customer data infrastructure toward AI agents and agentic customer experiences.

Treasure AI combines its CDP foundation with AI capabilities designed to help enterprises understand, acquire, retain, and grow customer relationships across marketing, sales, and customer service.

About zypl.ai

zypl.ai is an AI company specializing in synthetic data and decision intelligence. Its proprietary zGAN technology generates synthetic tabular data, including statistically meaningful outliers and rare scenarios, to improve machine-learning performance in environments where historical data is limited, biased, or subject to change.

zypl.ai works with financial institutions and enterprises across multiple markets, applying synthetic data to use cases including credit risk, fraud detection, customer behavior modeling, and Digital Twins.
